Order Processing

We receive your order and begin processing it immediately. Within the first 2 business days, we will confirm your payment and send you an email confirming that your order is being processed.

Design and Production

Once your order is processed, our team will work on the design and production, which typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on the complexity of the design. We strive to ensure each order meets our high-quality standards.

Shipping

After production is complete, your order is shipped right away. Delivery takes an additional 3-10 business days, depending on the shipping method you choose (standard or expedited).

Upon shipment, a tracking number will be provided via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Total Order Time: Including order processing, design, production, and shipping, your order will arrive within 10 to 20 business days.

Returns

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, CardMakers accepts returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team through the "Contact Us" section on our website.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet at least one the following criteria:

  1. The decks are damaged and are not usable.
  2. The printing quality is low, and the information on cards is not readable.
  3. The order is incomplete (partial refund).
  4. The order never arrived.
  5. The order arrived past the required date (partial refund).
  6. The QR code is not working (partial refund).
  7. The decks are damaged, but I can still use them (partial refund).

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please fill out this form. Returning the product is not required. Our team will contact you within 2 business days after submission.

Damaged or Defective Items
